Ingredients

Loaf of long rustic bread, sliced
Extra-virgin olive oil
Woolwich Dairy Goat Brie, sliced
Fresh ripe figs
Thinly sliced prosciutto
Dark honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange the bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake, turning once, until golden brown and crispy around the edges, 6 to 8 minutes. Brush with olive oil.

Cover the crostini with alternate slices Woolwich Dairy Goat Brie and figs. Top with strips of prosciutto. Drizzle with honey, and serve immediately.
