Turn an ordinary potato into something special!
• 4 large baking potatoes, baked
• 2 cups Shredded Jarlsberg®
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbs. red pepper, finely chopped
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop contents into bowl; fry bacon, onions, green and red peppers, drain; add egg and and one cup of Jarlsberg to potato mix; fill potato halves with the mixture; top with remaining Jarlsberg®. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden. Serve immediately with topping.
