Crostini with Old Amsterdam, avocado and crab cream.
Ingredients 4 persons:
Peel and finely grate the ginger. Clean, stone, rinse and finely dice the chilli. Cut the Surimi into cubes and mix it in with the mayonnaise, ginger, chilli and sour cream. Add salt, red pepper and lime juice to taste. Toast the bread on both sides in a hot grill pan. Peel, halve and stone the avocado. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Cut the Old Amsterdam into slightly thicker slices and then into little triangles. Distribute the crab cream over the crostinis and put a little avocado and Old Amsterdam on top. Use the water cress to decorate.
