• 1 tub (125 g) of Snøfrisk
• 1 clove of garlic, chopped
• Fresh dill or other herbs, chopped
• Freshly ground pepper
• ½ cup sour cream
Mix the Snofrisk with the sour cream, garlic, dill and pepper.
For best results, let the dip stand for a couple of hours before serving.
Serve with fresh vegetables cut into julienne or with salt snacks.
